Livestream & event coverage

This project was filmed and produced by Your Story & Abel Productions for the South African and Australia Awards, held at the Art Gallery of New South Wales.

 

Our team provided full event coverage, including a multi camera live stream broadcast directly to LinkedIn, allowing audiences to watch the awards ceremony in real time from anywhere in the world.

 

Before the event began, we set up a multi camera production environment inside the gallery to ensure seamless coverage of the stage, presenters, and award winners. The live stream was directed and switched live, creating a polished broadcast experience while the event unfolded.

Alongside the live stream, we also captured interviews with judges, award winners, and attendees, giving the event a human perspective and allowing the organisers to share the voices behind the achievements being celebrated.

 

In addition to the broadcast, we produced highlight videos for social media, helping extend the reach of the event beyond the room. These edits are designed to promote the awards, celebrate the winners, and showcase the energy of the night.

 

Depending on the needs of the client, we can deliver next day highlight videos, same day social edits, or even end of night recap videos ready to play during the event itself.
